Nik Lyzba DipTP DipCP MRTPI Principal1![]()
Nik was Head of Development Control & Conservation at Oxford City Council before joining JPPC in 1988. Previously he held posts with Oxfordshire County Council, Buckinghamshire County Council, Wycombe District Council and South Oxfordshire District Council. Nik is an Occasional speaker at Oxford Brookes University and other Conferences. In his spare time, when not on the piste, he enjoys watching sport. He also enjoys modern art.
Adrian Gould DipTP MRTPI Principal2![]()
Adi was Deputy Appeals and Enforcement Manager in South Oxfordshire until 2001, when he was persuaded that his talents could be put to better use at JPPC. He has also previously worked at Wokingham District Council. Adi is a dedicated follower of Chelsea Football Club and having hung up his boots, now helps manage a Junior football team.
Peter Uzzell DipTP MRTPI Consultant![]()
Pete worked in Local Plans and as an Area Planning Officer in South Oxfordshire until 1987 when he joined JPPC. Earlier in his career he worked with Oxfordshire County Council. Pete negotiated the masterplan of the Greater Leys development for SODC with Oxford City Council and more recently was involved in the implementation of the NE Witney expansion. Pete is also a keen skier and until recently was an active member of Stanton Harcourt Cricket Club, although now he is more likely to be found enjoying the sound of leather on willow from the stands at Lords.
Neil Warner BA(Hons) MSc MRTPI Associate![]()
Neil originally worked for JPPC between 1999 and 2001, before leaving to work as a Planning Officer at South Northamptonshire Council dealing with a variety of matters including the redevelopment of Silverstone Motor Racing Circuit. He returned to JPPC in 2003 having decided he preferred the surroundings at Bagley Croft. Neil enjoys shooting, watching rugby and walking his dogs. He takes a keen interest in the social wellbeing of his village, through regular visits to the local pub.
Henry Venners Bsc(Hons) MA MRTPI Associate![]()
Henry joined JPPC in 2005, following the well worn path from the Planning Appeals and Enforcement section at South Oxfordshire District Council, where he dealt with planning applications, enforcement and appeals. Henry is a keen rugby player and has represented Wallingford Rugby Club 1st XV for some time now as their star fullback. Being from a farming background, Henry keeps his links with the land alive by keeping rare and interesting chickens, although the numbers do vary depending on how hungry the local fox is feeling.
