College Farm, Hempton – New Dwelling

JPPC successfully secured outline planning permission for a new dwelling within the village of Hempton within Cherwell district after it was allowed at appeal. The Council considered the development to be located outside of the built limits of the village and refused the application under delegated powers. JPPC set out a case at appeal to demonstrate that the development was located within the built limits of the village and that Hempton was an appropriate place for residential development. This view was agreed with by the Planning Inspector and planning consent was gained for a client who is a local farmer, which will provide a much-needed dwelling within the village
