JPPC has been successful in securing outline planning permission for 3 dwellings in Farnham Royal, Buckinghamshire.

JPPC became involved after the landowner received a negative pre-application response from the Council.   By engaging positively with the pre-application response, JPPC successfully argued that this Green Belt site qualified as Grey Belt land and was sustainably located to accommodate a modest housing development in an area with a significant housing shortfall.  It was therefore accepted that it was not ‘inappropriate development’ in the Green Belt.

A new means of access to a main A road, surface water flood risk, trees and biodiversity net gain, and a neighbourhood plan being made during the course of the application’s preparation were all further challenges expertly navigated by JPPC and the wider consultant team.
