Planning permission has been granted in the Cotswold National Landscape for a replacement equestrian facility at Wyck Hill Farm, including a stable, indoor menage, outdoor menage, horse walkers, lunge pen, and a mobile home.  Alongside the new equestrian yard, planning permission was also granted for the redevelopment of two barns on the existing yard into two new dwellings.   This will enable the long-standing business and site owner to provide enhanced facilities and support the development of a sustainable, rural-based business.

JPPC led the planning application and coordinated the project team to demonstrate compliance with local and national planning policies supporting rural growth and to show that any harm to the National Landscape would be mitigated.    Matters of access, heritage, drainage, ecology, and veteran trees were also demonstrated to be policy-compliant.
