May 2023 – Replacement Dwelling in Cotswolds AONB

Following extensive discussions with West Oxfordshire District Council, JPPC has received planning permission for a substantial country house within the Cotswolds AONB and bordering a Conservation Area. The house is significantly larger than the existing dwelling it replaces and the wider scheme includes extensive landscape and biodiversity enhancements. Councillors commended the quality of the scheme, describing it as ‘an exciting project’.
