Planning Permission Granted for Redevelopment in Oxford

Oxford City Council have granted planning permission for the redevelopment of the former Adventurer public house on Hollybush Row, Oxford and its replacement with a four storey building compromising 5 x 1-bed and 2 x 2-bed flats, together with the provision of private amenity space, bin and cycle storage.

Officers were satisfied that the building proposed would have an acceptable visual relationship with its surroundings, including the setting of a Conservation Area. It was also agreed that the locality offered a wide range of other public house facilities which would be capable of meeting the same local needs for places to socialise.
