Provision of affordable housing in Oxford

JPPC are pleased to announce that planning permission has been granted for the redevelopment of two sites in Oxford City centre to provide 170 dwellings. The schemes will secure an additional 97 units of affordable accommodation which will make a valuable contribution to the supply of much needed affordable housing within the city. Sensitive issues such as heritage impact, traffic generation, landscape impact and the impact of the development on views into and out of the city centre were carefully considered and the resultant schemes will provide good quality accommodation in highly sustainable locations.
