Reserved Matters Approval – Brightwell-cum-Sotwell

JPPC is pleased to confirm that SODC has granted reserved matters approval for the scheme of 31 dwellings at the edge of village development at Little Martins, Didcot Road, Brightwell-cum-Sotwell. There were a number of competing issues involved in securing this consent in this sensitive location which have been carefully managed to produce a well-mannered scheme.
